Customization
We support customization of chamber’s dimension, temperature range, controller and logo, etc, tailoring your own equipment to meet your various testing needs. If you have other special needs of customization, welcome to contact us for more information.
Quality Check
We will have the equipment tested and debugged before shipping out, which will last for at least 7 days. And a complete test report will be given to customers after the quality check. We guarantee that all the test chambers are of high quality and owns great performance.
Guidance
We can offer online guidance and training of operating the testing euqipment for free, making sure every customer can know clearly about the test chamber itself, the way and procedures to operate it and some points that need to notice.
After-sales service
We also provide after-sales service in case you encounter any problems when receive and use the equipment. Here are some of the service we can offer.
- 24 months warranty of the equipment. If there is any serious problems about the chamber, return it and we will repair at once;
- Our customer service is available from 9am – 7pm. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our staff to get solutions;
- Most of the accessories of the test chambers are in stock. If there’s any damage of any accessories, we will supply for you;
- Some regional agents can support after-sales services like maintenance, return&exchange, etc.
